Advanced Calculation Algorithm and Evaluation Method for the Train Induced Environmental Vibration and Noise

In recent years, the growing demand for urban commuting has driven the rapid development of subway systems, which have been evolving toward higher density and greater operational speeds. This trend has led to increasingly prominent environmental vibration and noise issues along subway lines, posing an urgent challenge to urban infrastructure. Such disturbances severely compromise the functionality of nearby buildings and facilities, e.g., by affecting the measurement accuracy of precision instruments and impairing the quality of life for surrounding residents. Therefore, it is essential to conduct numerical simulation and evaluation on train-induced environmental vibrations. These studies aim to inform the design of vibration and noise mitigation measures for track structures, thereby supporting the green and sustainable development of urban rail transit. The project also seeks to propose vibration and noise control solutions for railway surroundings. The advanced calculation algorithm and evaluation method for train-induced environmental vibration and noise are the focus of this topic. The main topics of this research include, but are not limited to:1. Prediction methods for train-induced environmental vibrations2. Assessment of train-induced vibration and noise3. Vibration and noise reduction design for track structure 4.
