Advances in Craniofacial Biology: Development, Disease, and Regeneration

The Editorial Board is pleased to announce a Special Topic on “Advances in Craniofacial Biology: Development, Disease, and Regeneration”, highlighting recent breakthroughs in the molecular and cellular mechanisms that govern craniofacial development, homeostasis, disease, and tissue regeneration. Rapid advances in genomics, epigenetics, transcriptomics, and molecular signaling have significantly deepened our understanding of the regulatory networks underlying craniofacial biology, underscoring the need for a focused platform to integrate these insights. This Special Topic aims to bring together researchers, clinicians, and scientists to present cutting-edge discoveries and perspectives. We welcome submissions of original research articles, reviews, and methodological innovations. Authors will benefit from broad visibility, timely dissemination, and the opportunity to contribute to a curated collection showcasing key advances and emerging directions in the field. We strongly encourage the submission of impactful manuscripts that will stimulate further research, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and advance craniofacial biology.
