Advancing Excellence in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology: Breakthroughs and Impactful Discoveries
The field of Neuroimmunology, and particularly research regarding Multiple Sclerosis (MS), has experienced rapid growth and unprecedented innovation over the past decade. This includes the discovery of cutting-edge biomarkers, the evolution of targeted therapeutic strategies and improvements in diagnostic pathways for MS and related neuroimmunological disorders. This Research Topic aims to spotlight academic excellence and high-impact discoveries in the sphere of MS and Neuroimmunology. By inviting contributions from distinguished international experts, the collection aims to spur global dialogue and scholarly exchange. The overarching objective of this initiative is to accelerate the spread of novel concepts, foster collaborative efforts, and set the agenda for future research and clinical practice by reflecting on both opportunities and obstacles that shape neuroimmunological discovery worldwide.Contributions to this Research Topic are by invitation only and must demonstrate significant novelty and global relevance. This collection encompasses the full spectrum of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology research. Please inform the Editorial Office at neurology.submissions@frontiersin.org once you are prepared to submit. We welcome invited articles focusing on, but not limited to, the following themes:• Novel biomarkers and their translation to clinical care• Innovation in therapeutic approaches for MS and related diseases• Advances in neuroimaging and molecular diagnostics• Pathophysiological insights from diverse populations and global cohorts• Future challenges and cross-border opportunities in neuroimmunology research Topic editors: Robert Weissert MD PhD FAAN, Hans-Peter Hartung Source: https://www.frontiersin.org/research-topics/79706/advancing-excellence-in-multiple-sclerosis-and-neuroimmunology-breakthroughs-and-impactful-discoveries
