Clinical Pharmacology of Next-Generation Anti-Cancer Antibody–Drug Conjugates

Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) have become a major class of anti-cancer therapeutics by combining the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the potency of cytotoxic payloads. Advances in antibody engineering, linker chemistry, payload design, site-specific conjugation, and biomarker-guided patient selection have led to the development of next-generation ADCs with improved selectivity and therapeutic potential.This Research Topic aims to bring together cutting-edge contributions on the pharmacological development and clinical application of next-generation ADCs in cancer therapy.
