Multi-Agent Collaborative Perception, Control, and Decision-Making
Sensing, control and decision-making of multi agents in complex environments is the core of intelligent autonomous systems, which are widely used in fields such as unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned vehicles, and unmanned ships. Its main scope includes: precise modeling of the environment through multi-sensor fusion, and identification and tracking of specific targets in complex environments. Based on real-time sensing data, dynamic obstacle avoidance, path planning, mission assignment and decision-making are performed using AI algorithm, which can support information sharing and collaborative operation among multiple unmanned systems, and complete a series of complex tasks such as military, logistics, emergency rescue, etc.Existing multi-agent systems still face the problems in complex dynamic environments: insufficient environmental perception accuracy under strong noise and occlusion, low robustness of cooperative control for multiple agents and poor performance of collaborative decision-making when massive tasks arrive. This research topic aims to address these gaps by integrating multi-sensor fusion optimization, lightweight intelligent control algorithms and distributed collaborative mechanisms. It will construct a full-loop technical framework from perception to decision-making, to effectively improve the success rate, response speed and scenario adaptability of multi-unmanned-system collaboration in complex mission. This Research Topic focuses on multi-agent perception, control and decision-making for intelligent ummaned systems. Specific covered themes include: multi-sensor fusion for complex environments, target identification and tracking, AI-driven path planning and dynamic obstacle avoidance, multi-agent task allocation, and cross-system collaborative mechanisms. We welcome original research papers and real-scenario application cases. Review articles summarizing latest technical progress in this field are also accepted.
