Frontiers in Oncology is delighted to present the ‘Reviews in Thoracic Oncology’ series of article collections.Reviews in Thoracic Oncology will publish high-quality review articles on key topics in the field. It aims to highlight recent advances in the field, whilst emphasizing important directions and new possibilities for future inquiries.Please note that case reports with a review of the literature will not be accepted for this research topic. New articles will be added to this collection as they are published.Please note: manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatics or computational analysis of public genomic or transcriptomic databases which are not accompanied by validation (independent cohort or biological validation in vitro or in vivo) are out of scope for this section and will not be accepted as part of this Research Topic.
