Abstract
Anti-dip rock slope is a common layered rock slope, and the failure mechanism of it under strong earthquake is not well studied. In order to analyze the stability and failure mode of anti-dip rock slope under strong earthquake, this paper investigates 60 typical failure cases of anti-dip rock slope, analyzes the effect of factors on slope stability, and summarizes the failure mode. Taking the Hongshiyan slope as an example, the dynamic response law of the slope under earthquake action was summarized, and the failure mechanism of the slope was studied. Finally, the sensitivity of each influencing factor was analyzed through orthogonal experiments. The results show that the failure mode of the anti-dip rock slope with hard rocks upper and soft rocks lower is the shear slip of the soft rock at the bottom and the tensile cracking and topplingfailure of the hard rock at the top. The influencing factors ranked in descending order of sensitivity are as follows: slope angle, seismic wave frequency, inclination, seismic wave amplitude, slope shape coefficient, and slope height. It is of great significance to study the failure mode of anti-dip rock slope under strong earthquake and evaluate its stability for slope disaster prevention and control in infrastructure engineering.
